Right of withdrawal

In certain cases, the right of withdrawal as described in the Consumer Contracts Act, may apply to your insertion of Content, including advertisements, as well as to subscriptions, package labels and other services provided by usedboatgear.net. The right of withdrawal does not apply under any circumstances to Content which, in accordance with usedboatgear.net's advertising rules or these Terms of Use, has been removed from the Website or has been inserted by users who are excluded from using usedboatgear.net's services, or for whom special limitations.

Unless otherwise agreed, you agree that your Content will be inserted / delivered by usedboatgear.net before the expiration of the statutory withdrawal period. You also agree that any right of withdrawal will lapse as soon as usedboatgear.net has fulfilled the agreement to insert the Content in question.

If the right of withdrawal applies to the service usedboatgear.net provides, you accept that usedboatgear.net is entitled to demand payment for the part of the service that has already been provided, provided that you make use of your right of withdrawal. In the case of an advertising or subscription benefit, this proportionate repayment will be calculated on the basis of the number of remaining days in your advertising or subscription period at the time you exercise your right of withdrawal, in relation to the agreed advertising or subscription period.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, usedboatgear.net will refund you the amount you paid for the service less an amount that is reasonable in proportion to the part of the service already provided, cf. above, within 14 days of receipt. of your withdrawal request.

As regards the placement of payment advertisements on usedboatgear.net's online platforms, usedboatgear.net undertakes to display those advertisements until the advertised goods have been sold or are no longer in your possession, but never longer than the agreed advertising period. You agree that usedboatgear.net's service is hereby deemed to be fully completed and that any right of withdrawal therefore lapses.

If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you can do so by sending an unequivocal statement to the info@usedboat.net before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, usedboatgear.net will refund you the amount you paid for the ad within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

Abuse of usedboatgear.net

Please use the "report abuse" button on the individual ads to tell us about any issues or offensive content, so that together we can ensure the ad quality on usedboatgear.net We reserve the right to limit or terminate our service, remove stored content and take technical and legal measures to cut off users from our side if we believe that they are causing problems or that their actions are incompatible with the wording or spirit of our policies. We may decide to use some of these measures, remove stored content or cut off a user from our site, but we assume
