We have the right to reject advertisements that, in our opinion, violate applicable law, the interests of readers and users, or the use or reputation of usedboatgear.net.

For the sake of placement and understanding of ads, we have the right to change the text of a given ad and to give the ad a more accurate placement in case of incorrect placements.

A real selling price must be stated in the price field.

Quantity must always be informed. If you have several of the same things, you can either give the price per. PCS. or on the total quantity.

One ad pr. thing. When selling, the same thing may only be inserted in one ad under one box, and only one place.

One thing per. ad. Each item must be inserted in a separate ad. An exception to this is when it comes to several similar things or things that naturally belong together. If there are several items in an advertisement, it is permitted to state the cheapest price in the price field. For items that are only sold together (eksamble four fenders), the total price must be shown.

All ads must be box-specific. This means that the text must deal with the product being advertised.

Keywords / tags: It is not allowed to insert keywords in the ad text that are not relevant to the item being sold.

 

Private advertising is basically free, however there are certain exceptions where we charge an indentation fee

Business ads can be inserted.

Asbestos-containing materials are not absorbed

According to the Asbestos Order, the use of asbestos is prohibited.

Copyright / copyrighted photos, texts, music files, etc. may not appear in ads

If you use images, photos, texts from copyrighted works, music files, etc. in an advertisement, you are responsible for ensuring that the use does not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You are therefore responsible for the use of other people's texts, images, music and video files, etc. at all times comply with the applicable Danish legislation, and that all forms of intellectual property rights are respected and remunerated in accordance with the rules laid down at any time. Usedboatgear.net therefore disclaims responsibility for any infringement of the rights listed and forwards any inquiries about this directly to you.

Erotic content is not allowed to appear in advertisements

Everyone should be able to safely use usedboatgear.net's media. We therefore do not record ads with erotic or pornographic content. This also applies to images of an erotic nature.

Financing / Loan seeking ads are not included

Due to the risk of abuse by advertisers, ads where individuals seek financing / loans are not accepted.

Personals are not recorded

Due to the risk of abuse by advertisers, personals ads are not recorded.

Copies are not recorded

According to the Copyright Act, trading in copied goods, such as copied films, music, computer games, clothes, bags, watches, applied art, etc., is illegal.

Political and religious content is not allowed to appear in advertisements

Everyone should be able to safely use usedboatgear.net's media. We therefore do not accept ads with political or religious content.

Duty-free goods are not included

According to the Customs Act, duty-free goods may only be imported for own consumption. It is therefore illegal to resell goods that you have imported duty-free to Denmark.
